# How to Unstake from a Liquidity Pool's Gauge

1. Click this link <https://app.xave.co/#/pool> to go to the Pool page
2. Select a pool and click “Manage” on that pool
3. Click the "Stake" button from the "Manage" pool modal
4. Enter the amount you wish to unstake
5. Click "UnStake" button&#x20;
6. Click the "Confirm Unstake" button from the confirmation modal
7. Wait for the transaction to be confirmed
